Dan Lerch joined the Pendaran team in February 2010 with an anchor of professional experiences in marketing and sales. His path included direct sales, system contract sales, consulting, budgeting, contract negotiations, event development/implementation, as well as logistics’ execution serving multiple healthcare organizations. In each of his positions, Dan leveraged his strong problem solving skills to impact business results while always focusing on the customer.
In a previous position, he was formally recognized for the creation of a nation-wide minority distribution model and received a national award for innovation. Dan believes the best teams are built with diversity and the utilization of each person’s strengths and unique abilities, operating with respect and integrity will drive positive results.
Dan serves as Pendaran’s lead delivery team instructor, senior certified Pendaran Structured Problem Solving coach/trainer, and Director of Operations. He plays a vital role in the development and implementation of new products. These include engineering and healthcare simulation products currently under development, Pendaran’s customized on-site employee development workshops, as well as Pendaran’s electronic beer game. Dan is an expert in creating a more effective atmosphere for students to learn and developing new ways to enhance Pendaran’s product and delivery capabilities.

Dan lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with his wife Susan, near their adult children and young grandchildren.
Formal education includes graduate coursework in marketing, production/operations management and organizational theory from Eastern Michigan University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration minoring in accounting.
Dan’s skills, education and experience, combined with his even temperament and natural attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the Pendaran team.
