Dr. Tom R. Eucker is an experienced manager, consultant, trainer and educator with deep expertise in organization, management & leadership development, training, performance engineering, business process management & improvement and knowledge management. He has authored several articles and has designed innovative leadership programs for multiple management levels. Tom has particular expertise in the design of innovative learning environments and has designed developed and deployed an award winning immersive manufacturing simulation across 7 countries.
Tom was a training manager, organization & leadership development consultant & knowledge strategist with Intel Corporation for 23 years. While an associate of Ruth Clark Training & Consulting, he delivered learning & development programs and consulting to more than 15 fortune 100 companies in industries including; healthcare, medical products & equipment, insurance, federal government, petroleum refining, gas & electric utilities, retail, consumer food products, industrial & electronic parts suppliers, and consumer banks.
A contributing editor for Performance Improvement Quarterly since 1992, Tom has held leadership roles and contributed multiple encore presentations for the International Society for Performance Improvement. He has been certified to facilitate The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DDI (Development Dimensions International) – basic programs, Everything DiSC and Discovering Emotional Intelligence.
Tom holds a PhD in Instructional Psychology from the University of Southern California. He joined Pendaran in 2014.
